In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate for delivery [7.00 euros per order].
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page. The flat-rate delivery charge is 7.00 euros. The flat-rate delivery charge includes statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor
Delivery takes place on weekdays during our opening hours.
Orders that are to be delivered on a Sunday or public holiday can be delivered the day before.
Delivery may take place before or after the date specified by the customer, particularly for seasonal reasons (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.).
If the customer specifies a delivery date that does not correspond to our delivery times, the order will be delivered on the next possible date.
